That's the Malay language birthday greeting equivalent for "Happy Birthday, Ken."

But literally it means "Have a safe (or secure) birthday".

So Ken, I join SBIers to wish you "A happy, safe and secure 54th birthday."

And don't care what others say, 54 isn't old. I can tell you, because I celebrated mine last month, and am happy, safe and secure!
